CAMPaign Fairlee - Preserving and Expanding Easter Seals Camp Fairlee
Take a look at the new Easter Seals Camp Fairlee! Because of steady growth and increased demand for Camp Fairlee, Easter Seals made the decision to totally rebuild and expand the camp. Making this investment possible is “CAMPaign Fairlee” – a $4.5 million capital campaign allowing Camp Fairlee to serve more individuals and families that depend its services.
Camp Fairlee has impacted the lives of more than 25,000 individuals with disabilities over the years but we know there are thousands more who could benefit. Camp offers children and adults with disabilities a place to try new things and discover their unrealized potential, while their families get a true break from the sometimes intense challenges of caregiving.
Due to the early support of various companies, foundations and individuals in the community, we have already raised more than $3.7 million but we need your help to raise the remaining $800,000.

Four new cabins were constructed with the proper heating and air conditioning to allow year-round use. With the expansion, camp will consistently be able to accommodate up to 142 people per session year-round.
New Health Center
A new health center offers additional support to campers with special medical needs. Having a designated place for campers to receive their medications and meet with licensed and trained medical staff reassures families that their loved ones are receiving the consistent and appropriate medical attention they require.
New 12,000 sq.ft. Activity Center
The new Activity Center allows campers to explore fine arts, participate in adapted sports in the gym, and provides indoor space during inclement weather. The new facility makes it possible for more people with disabilities to experience Camp Fairlee through a full array of year-round programs.
Expanded and Improved Dining Hall
The previous seating capacity meant separate meal sessions especially with large numbers of campers using wheelchairs, An expanded Dining Hall hold more campers and will allow everyone to eat together. A new updated kitchen makes food preparation more efficient, as well.
