Michelle joined the Easter Seals team in 2007. She has implemented individual and group treatment sessions for children with speech and language deficits, some secondary to autism, Down syndrome, nonverbal learning disabilities, central auditory processing disorder and learning disabilities. She also provides treatment in fluency, language, articulation, phonology, oral-motor, and pragmatics. Michelle is part of the Autism Spectrum Disorders Diagnostics Team.
Prior to joining Easter Seals, Michelle provided speech-language services to children in Deerfield, Illinois. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA, is licensed by the State of Illinois, and holds a Speech-Language Pathologist Non-Teaching Endorsement.
Michelle provides pediatric therapy and rehabilitation services for children with a variety of developmental delays and disabilities including, but not limited to: intellectual disability, Down syndrome, autism, Cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, and language impairment.
