Kelsey joined the Easter Seals team in 2012, providing services in both the Bloomington and Peoria Centers. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association, is licensed by the State of Illinois, and is a credentialed provider in the Early Intervention system.
Kelsey provides pediatric training and rehabilitation services for children with a variety of developmental delays and disabilities including, but not limited to: intellectual disability, Down syndrome, autism, Cerebral palsy, feeding and swallowing disorders, and language impairment.
