Dawn has specialized in pediatric therapy services since joining Easter Seals in 2003.  Her prior experience includes provding speech-language and feeding/dysphagia therapy for children and adults in Pontiac, Illinois.  She currently provides feeding therapy services for infants and children, including those with swallowing difficulties, and behavior and sensory-based feeding disorders.  Dawn has completed the Sequential Oral Sensory Feeding Approach training.

She is a member of the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association and Central Illinois Speech Language and Hearing Association.


Dawn provides pediatric therapy and rehabilitation services for children with a variety of developmental delays and disabilities including, but not limited to:  intellectual disability, Down syndrome, autism, Cerebral palsy, language impairment, apraxia of speech, and feeding and swallowing disorders.  She has personal and professional experience working with children with food allergies.
