ibike2What we do...

Riders attend one 75 minutes session per day for five consecutive days where they learn to ride while accompanied and encouraged by spotters. Over the course of the week the bikes are adjusted to help riders learn to balance as they gradually discover the skill and joy of riding.

Volunteer Opportunity

We need your help! If you are 15 years old or older, you can volunteer to help children at iCan Bike camp. We need energetic volunteer spotter who will walk/jog/run alongside riders providing encouragement and physical support as needed. Be prepared to be swept off your feet while you watch children and young adults experience a new found freedom and sense of accomplishment.

We would love to have you, your family, school, sports team, church, or business sponsor a session by volunteering. Volunteer spotters are needed Monday through Friday for 75-minute sessions and must be able to walk/jog/run alongisde riders.  Spotters with cover about 3 miles per sesions.

A volunteer orientation meeting will be held on Sunday, July 28 from 3:30-4:30 pm at EastSide Centre in East Peoria, IL.

Come be a part of a child’s life and help them learn to ride a bike!
