Residential Summer Camp

2016 Summer Camp Schedule

Timber Pointe Outdoor Center's residential summer camp programs are week-long programs designed for individuals ages 7 and up with various disabilities including Autism, Down Syndrome, Spina Bifida, Cerebral Palsy, and many other physical and intellectual disabilities and illnesses.

Campers participate in traditional camp activities with their counselors who are trained to provide the care that each individual needs, while including him or her in the camp community.  Many of our campers experience several "firsts" while at camp, such as his or her first pontoon boat ride or the first ride down the zip-line.  Moments like this foster independence and confidence in the campers and provide a valuable learning experience for all involved.

There are several week-long programs offered each summer that are geared toward creating the best possible experience for each camper.  Scholarships are available for those individuals who need financial assistance.

The proper documentation is listed in the application and must be submitted for consideration.  Click here for the 2016 summer program schedule that includes details about each program.  Find the program that best fits your needs or your camper's needs and complete the application, including as much detail as possible.

If you have questions about the programs or the application, please contact the Timber Pointe Outdoor Center office at 309.365.8021 for information and assistance.
