Pamela Miranda is an art, design and fashion expert that specializes in the practical application of creativity and right-brained solutions into critical business elements. Born in Mexico, raised in Chicago and having studied and lived in Europe, Pamela brings a uniquely cultured and worldly perspective to Easterseals' Board of Directors.
Pamela's formal education includes The Latin School of Chicago, Polimoda International Institute of Fashion Design & Marketing (Italy), Istituto Marangoni (France) and The School of the Art Institute (Chicago) where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 2011.
Post graduation, Pamela honed her design, fashion and marketing skills at Fortune 500 retail store Nordstrom and fashion upstart, Trunk Club. As one of the primary team members of Trunk Club, Pamela helped the fledgling fashion company undergo tremendous growth and expansion during her tenure.
With a strong and creative mind, Pamela currently serves as the Marketing Director of her family- owned, international financial services company where she conceptualizes and executes all design, marketing and advertising facets both in the United States and in Mexico along with managing a network of approximately 100 retail locations nationwide.
Beyond business, Pamela is an avid painter and humanitarian whose philanthropic passion centers around the hispanic community in both Chicago and Mexico. Partnering with Fundación Teletón, Pamela leverages her company's resources to benefit various initiatives launched and supported by the charity.
