Dan joined PepsiCo in 1987 and has served in his current role as Senior Director – Distribution, PepsiCo North American since 2009. In his current capacity, Dan has responsibility for the planning, program deployment, and operational execution of U.S. NAN Ambient and Chilled Distribution Networks. Prior to this role, Dan served as Senior Director Manufacturing Capability, with responsibility for North American Manufacturing productivity programs and field–based system deployments.
Prior to joining PepsiCo Chicago (NAN) in 2004, Dan spend his first 17 years with PepsiCo within the Frito-Lay Division, serving in a variety of field and corporate staff roles including, Traffic and Warehouse Supervisor, Logistics Analyst, Product Supply Manager, Warehouse Manager, Distribution Manager, Plant Manager, and Regional Operations Director.
Prior to joining PepsiCo, Dan served as a Ground Officer for three years in the United States Marine Corps.
Dan holds a B.S. in Industrial Management from Purdue University, and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
Dan and his wife Linda reside in Naperville and have three grown children, Lauren, Scott and Jenna.
