Note: Groups of two or more can save $25 each when enrolling together. Group enrollments must be completed by phone, fax or mail. All cancelled/refunded/transferred enrollment payments WILL require a $25.00 Administrative fee, regardless of the date of request for cancellation. No refundswill be granted after registration deadline.
