Mission Statement: Topeka Area Autism Network (TAAN) exists to maximize the human potential for people with autism in the Topeka area.
Objectives: TAAN’s purpose is to provide education, support, and acceptance for parents, caregivers, professionals, and the community.

This group meets at 5:30 p.m. on the first Wednesday of the month during the school year (Sept.-May except Jan.) at the Topeka Shawnee County Public Library and provides opportunities for parent-to-parent sharing of resources and for community professionals to provide training, education and support for parents of children and adults on the autism spectrum. Information on upcoming meeting topics and special events is listed below.
*The meetings in November will be held at Easterseals Capper Foundation (3500 SW 10th Ave.) instead of the Topeka Shawnee County Public Library.
