The Clinic at Easterseals

In partnership with UAMS, Easterseals Arkansas has a clinic at its Center for Training & Wellness (CTW) location. The clinic serves adults from the CTW and Waiver programs.

Clinic appointments to see a physician in person are available at the CTW on Wednesday mornings. Telehealth appointments are also available. Parents and guardians can participate in the visit through telehealth without having to be present at the clinic. Clinic appointments also will be available at the UAMS Rahling Road Clinic, where the providers have their main office.

To schedule an appointment, call 501-526-4962 and tell them you want to schedule the appointment at CTW. If no one answers, leave a message. For questions about the clinic, changing PCPs or if you have any problems scheduling an appointment, call CTW at 501-367-1200.
