Every year for 16 years, the Eggstravaganza Committee in Richmond puts their heart and soul into raising funds for Camp Easterseals UCP scholarships and Easterseals UCP Programs in Virginia. This year was extra special as the Eggstravaganza was a camp-themed event celebrating the 60th Anniversary of services to children, adults and families at Camp Easterseals UCP in New Castle, VA. For campers, Camp Easterseals UCP is a home away from home.
The Eggstravaganza Gala was attended by 160 individuals who support Easterseals UCP. Special thanks to volunteers, donors, sponsors, Master and Mistress of Ceremonies, Bill Bevins and Shelly Perkins of STAR 100.9 FM, and Eggstravaganza Ambassador Emily Dodge for making it possible to raise $150,000 from the dinner, raffles, silent and live auction.
