Raleigh, NC, March 14, 2017
A.C. Moore stores throughout the United States once again will support Easterseals Make the First Five Count® initiative at checkout during it’s busy spring season. Consumers who shop at A.C. Moore stores can donate $1 at checkout from March 19 – April 15.
The money raised during the campaign supports Easterseals’ free services for parents to help track their child’s development. These services are essential in giving thousands of children the best start in life and access to critical services that help them live, learn, work and play. Since launching the campaign in 2010, A.C. Moore customers and store team members have raised nearly $1 million for Easterseals.
Together, A.C. Moore and Easterseals are igniting a movement designed to unite all parents and children through craft and cause. Not only are crafts a fun activity for kids, crafts can also help children learn important skills that affect overall development. When parents craft with their kids, they are able to observe their children’s developmental progress including cutting, holding a crayon/pencil, color recognition and gross and fine motor skills.
Find an A.C. Moore store in North Carolina and Virginia and stop by March 19 – April 15 to show your support for Easterseals.
