11-year-old Rhett is taking huge steps forward – and literally. Thanks to a grant, Rhett, who has Cerebral Palsy, received equipment enabling him to move more freely.
His father, Jeff, said, “ Rhett is more active now. Running and walking before was so difficult that he would often get discouraged and was prone to just sit around.” Jeff is thrilled to see his son moving around now. He said, “Every day when I get home from work, Rhett asks to play basketball in the driveway. He also wants to do other sports such as tee ball and flag football.”
A small thing has made Rhett and his family happier. Jeff said, “Thank you for making this a reality for our family. You have change the life of our son and the rest of us as well.”
