Operation Family Caregiver, a program of the Rosalynn Carter Institute of Caregiving, offers support to military caregivers with one-on-one assistance.

We recruit, train, screen and monitor family respite providers for the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP), a respite care program for the U.S. Air Force at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base in Goldsboro, NC. This service offers qualifying families free hourly child care each month, thereby freeing up the caregiver to run errands, attend appointments and/or take time off.
