"I love my customers.  I had a conversation with a woman that really moved me.  She said that I really make her day everytime she comes in.  She broke down in tears because for a long time I was the only one that had shown her kindness," said Caitlin.  "She lives 30 minutes away but always comes to this Walgreens because of how I and my fellow employees treat her with unending kindness.  This is what Walgreens is about.  This is why we're here.  I am so blessed to have this job."

Caitlin, a young energetic blond woman, has come so far with the responsibility of this job.  She works the register, stocks shelves and takes on any tasks she is assigned.

One of Caitlin's proudest moments was receiving Walgreens Employee of the Month in March 2015 and the 2015 Exception Customer Care Award.  She proudly wears her Exception Customer Care Award pin every day.  The team work between Walgreens and Easterseals UCP has paid off helping Caitlin make a difference.
