For 21 years, Lecia has been working with children and adults with autism, and their families. She received her masters from NC State and completed her ABA coursework at Penn State. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Leica believes strongly in the use of evidence-based interventions that align with the unique needs of each individual. She has extensive training the the Early Start Denver Model, Pivotal Response Treatment and TEACHH (Treatment and Education of Autistic and related Communication Handicapped Children) Fundamentals.
Micaela is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who earned a Master’s of Science degree in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Kaplan University. She completed her undergraduate studies at Meredith College where she worked in the Meredith Autism Program, one of Dr. Ivar Lovaas’ (UCLA) world-wide research replication sites, implementing the highly structured Lovaas Model of teaching children with Autism.Danielle Wade, MA, BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Danielle has been providing services to individuals with special needs from special recreation associations, to hospitals, day programs, and ABA programs for 14 years. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development from Illinois State University and her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University.
Audrey has over 17 years of experience in the Autism field. She mentors and trains Registered Behavior Technicians and BCBAs entering the field. She holds a Master’s degree in Education with a specialization in Autism Education from San Diego State University, graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Psychology from Appalachian State University in North Carolina. She is passionate about her work as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and about promoting a culture that does not limit individuals because of their disability, but instead celebrates their unique strengths, talents, and abilities.Kellie Syfan, MA, BCBABoard Certified Behavior Analyst
Kellie started her Master’s in Education at Schriener University; there she a teaching certificate. Working with teens with special needs providing Equine Assisted Therapy is what brought her to the field of Applies Behavior Analysis (ABA). Monica's specialty is collaborating with families looking to receive quality ABA services and technicians looking to provide ABA therapy.
Natasha earned her Masters in Education with a focus on Instruction and Curriculum in ABA from Arizona State University. She specializes in training staff and creating behavior intervention plans for children who demonstrate maladaptive behavior. Natasha uses a variety of evidence-based practices including Discrete Trial Training, Natural Environment Teaching, Functional Communication Training, and Social Skills Training. Patti received her MA from Atlantic University and completed her Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) graduate coursework at Penn State University. She received additional training in TEACCH (Treatment and Education of Autistic and related Communication Handicapped Children) Fundamentals, Picture Exchange Communication System, Partners in Policy Leadership, Wrightslaw Special Education Law and Advocacy, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, The Greenspan Floortime Approach, and Carbone Clinic’s Introduction to Verbal Behavior.
