When Miles Reidy first toured The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Inter-generational Center, he was immediately struck that the facility provided care for adults, seniors and children. “It’s such a smart idea,” Miles says. “It was clear that Easter Seals had figured out something.”
On February 14, we hosted our signature annual family event Bright Stars at Disney on Ice Presented by M&T Bank. Together, we have raised over $280,000 for Easterseals programs and enabled thousands of individuals with disabilities and their families!
Easterseals shared the love with our amazing Adult Day Services team during our Valentine's Day Staff Appreciation event at The Morris & Gwendolyn Cafritz Adult Day Services in the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Inter-Generational Center!
Easterseals officially dedicated the Dalia Meza room at the Jo Ann & Carl McNair Community Child Development Center in Falls Church. Board Member Scott Meza and his wife Anny made a special gift in honor of his mother Dalia who was a bilingual educator for DC Public Schools.
